Yoga Teacher Training
Become a fully qualified Yoga Teacher on our 200 hour programme.
Train to become a fully accredited Yoga Alliance Professionals RYT200 Yoga Instructor or continue on your journey to become a 500hrs Yoga Teacher by joining the 300hrs course, or join one of the specialised 40hr YAP accredited courses. Each course is tailored to the individual, so you learn various types of yoga & meditation to find your own authentic style of teaching.

Prerequisites
Students are required to have a minimum of 2 years strong yoga practice before they can be accepted on to this teacher training course. No exceptions can be made. It is also helpful for students to have a basic understanding of the philosophy of yoga. Successful applicants should be in good health and have stable personal circumstances to complete this course with the focus and dedication it requires.

- Final payment must be made before course begins
Online Training Costs
Once accepted you will pay the non–refundable £500 deposit for the 200/300hrs courses or full payment to reserve your place. The remainder of the teaching cost is due 10 days before the course begins, unless an arrangement is made with course tutor prior to course commencing. We want to keep our course fees accessible for people from all walks of life, so if you’d like to discuss a Pay-As-You-Go plan please get in touch.

To become a certified RYS200 Teacher, you will:
- become knowledgeable in various styles of yoga
- learn how to practice and teach asanas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, bandhas, mudras, mantras and kriyas
- learn the principles of sequencing & adjusting
become knowledgeable in the roots and philosophy of yoga, including the Sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita, the concepts & principles of Tantra and Ayurveda - learn Sanskrit sufficiently to teach a class using the correct name for each posture
- become knowledgeable in setting up a yoga business, including Marketing, PR & Advertising
- become knowledgeable in Anatomy & Physiology, and how to apply it to asanas
- learn to embody yoga and how to integrate it into life
